Our pricing is simple and upfront: $75 base rate, plus $3.50 per mile between pickup and drop-off, $15 per item beyond the first two, and $15 per flight of stairs. You'll see your estimated price range before you confirm your booking — no surprises.
We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Card, and Check. Payment is collected at the time of service after your delivery is complete.
Yes! This is one of our most popular services. Just enter the seller's address as your pickup location and your home as the drop-off. We'll go pick it up and deliver it straight to you.
Yes, same-day delivery is available based on schedule availability. Book online and choose today's date — available time slots will be shown. For urgent same-day requests, call us at (615) 922-0606 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We offer six 2-hour arrival windows throughout the day: 8–10 AM, 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM, 2–4 PM, 4–6 PM, and 6–8 PM. We automatically call to confirm your booking and will arrive within your chosen window.
We handle sofas, sectionals, beds, mattresses, dressers, wardrobes, dining tables, desks, chairs, recliners, appliances, boxes, mirrors, rugs, bookshelves, TVs, patio furniture, exercise equipment, and more. If it fits in our van, we'll move it.
Yes. We handle stairs at both pickup and drop-off locations. There is an additional charge of $15 per flight of stairs. Just select the number of flights when booking and it will be included in your estimate.
Yes, Pickup Express is fully insured. Your furniture and belongings are protected from the moment we load them to the moment they're placed in your home.

To cancel or reschedule, just call or text us at (615) 922-0606 with your booking ID. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible. Your booking ID is in your confirmation email.
