We use your information solely to schedule and complete your delivery, communicate with you about your booking (including confirmation emails), and maintain internal records for our business. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Booking information is stored securely using Google's business tools (Calendar, Sheets, and Drive) under our business account. Photos you upload are used only to help us prepare for your delivery.

By submitting a booking, you confirm that the details provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is received. Bookings are scheduled within a 2-hour arrival window on the date selected.
Prices shown during booking are estimates based on the information provided. The final price may vary based on actual item sizes, distance, stairs, or other conditions encountered on the day of service. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time window. Please call or email us as soon as possible if your plans change.
